Don't you have a printer? Design the label you want print it. Then stick it on a bottle of champagne. getting the original label off a bottle of champagne - requires it to be scored and then soaked for sometime in water. Champagne labels tend to be water proof, because they are usually made wet in the ice bucket. How you will make you printed label water proof is a problem! maybe, put it in the fridge and don't use an ice bucket! You can also buy champagne labels from specialist wine making shops.

As nice an idea it is to personalize the label of a bottle of champagne, it is VERY expensive for just the one bottle. Maybe it would be better to have the glass (champagne flute) engraved instead. A person might keep a glass rather than keep an empty bottle of wine...

But just in case, here are few links to get personalized labels and personalized champagne flutes too!

The last link is for other ideas of what OTHER THINGS you could have personalized...soooo many ideas! (This is also a store--you can put your zip code in the home page and find the nearest store.)

You could also have the bottle etched. Schramsberg does this and they have some reasonable prices - and the bubbly rocks! I've done this for friends in the past and they always love it. : )
