Do you have any formula for success in life.?

Not just formulas. But i want a practical solution.
Everybody should have a solution to this. But it is easy to say, not at all practical.
Einestein proposed Sucess= X+Y+Z X is hardwork
Y is play
and Z is keep silent and do listen to others.
But i want to add an additional W,,,,that is for help od GOD.

Am i correct? please respond

Success has different meaning for all. For you, you will be successful if you would be able to bring peace in the world since, you are a Muslim. While for someone else, it may be the opposite, he may like to bring violence in the world. I don't have any formula for success, however, I have some rules:

1. Have faith in yourself: The best platform to stand on are your own two feet. Believe you can succeed. Conquer your fears. The best hands to work with are your own two hands.

Always think that you are better than you think you are. Failures are the stepping-stones to success for the wise. Don't be afraid of dreaming big. Big dreams bring big results. You can't plan a small house and build a palace.

2.Change, Learn and Improve: You can change if you choose to change. Grow with the time. If you do not change, life will change you, but not on your terms. Change is the essence of life. The difference between a winner and a loser is the difference in their willingness and readiness to change and improve.

3. Identify your goals: Name it and claim it. Be specific about your aim. Know what you want. A journey to nowhere will take you nowhere. Goals are essential for success. Goals should be according to your inner desires and aspirations. Setting goals early in life saves time and energy. Goals need to be planned and executed with dedication and hardwork.

4. Take Challenges: Failures are lessons on our way to success. Be prepared to fail. Take enough risks. Success is a challenge well-met, the number of attempts do not count.
Thomas Edison has said, I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward. Edison is said to have tried 10,000 times before he was finally successful with the light bulb.
Taking risks is essential to success, the more risks you take, the better chances of success you have. It is better to attempt and fail than not to try at all. Taking a risk is no risk at all, it is an opportunity you give yourself.

5. Conquer your limits: If you can't run, use a bike. Turn minus into plus. Convert loss into gain. The wise will turn the tide, the fool will drown. Man is the only species gifted with the power to go beyond his limits. Always know that it is only man who has this unique power to turn his weaknesses into strengths. Nothing is impossible to the determined man.

6. Take Initiative: To run, you have to stand first. Get started. If you don't tell your feet to run, they won't.

7. Accept Yourself: When you accept yourself, the world accepts you. Build self esteem, not a swollen head. Always have a high regard of yourself. Having self esteem is knowing your truth and honouring it. It is knowing that you are unique in this world, you do not have to be anything else. Never try to be what you are not. It will bring pain, not pleasure. Outside forces can never satisfy inner needs.

8. Be Disciplined: If you honour your commitments, they will honour you. He who is his own master, has no master. You cannot achieve anything significant in life till you are committed to your work.

9. Be a Victor, not a Victim: When the responsibility is yours, the credit too is yours. Take charge of your life. Do not let others or circumstances control you. The hand that holds the strings, controls the swing. Responsibility educates. Always know that your life is your life and no one else is accountable for it. It is upto you to understand your role in your life and work on it.
