it really depends on the bloodline. At 5 months old she should already weigh about 70 pounds. She will and should full grown get around 150-200 pounds. I have one that is 7 months old and he has been through alot in his life and weighs about 100 ponds right now. He was underweight when i got him and he was sick with parvo for two weeks, now he looks like a minature horse. His head is cabinet high in my kitchen and his back is crotch high and i am 5'6 hope this helps.
I also feed him anything he wants plus a barf diet. St. bernards seem to thrive on a raw chicken every so often.

go to AKC.org. They have the acceptable 'standards' for each breed stating normal height and weight.

Why do you have one if toy don't know how big it will get? I hope you don't live in an apartmment and that you have a big yard.
