take the #7 subway - Flushing line- to Woodside
Go downnstairs and take the Long Island Rail Road East to Jamaica
make sure you purchase the LIRR ticket at the ticket window on the Woodside platform - include the Air Train ticket
get off at Jamaica
Go upstairs and take the Air Train to JFK
Cost: about $12
time : depending on the connection at wooodside , under 1 hr

There's a shuttle bus service ($15) one way to JFK at 125 Park Ave, across the street from Grand Central.

It's on the east side of the street, right next to the Park Ave Viaduct.

Look for the Pershing Square Cafe and the line of people.

I believe there's a Bank Of America on the corner.
