actually waited till they were married to have sex. I am tierd of all these answers, where people tell the poster you should have waited till you were a adult and married to have sex. There may actually be people who do that, and that is great. I am guessing though the majority of people had sex long before they were married.

first off , I did not wait .
second off there are way too many hypocrites out there . for some reason because someone feels you should or should not do something they have to over do their point .
maybe i am just shallow , but i would kind prefer to know a person in all ways before marrying them . i am not saying sex is overly important , the man i am with we waited nearly a year before having sex, we built the foundation of our relationship first, then it happened with out being planned to happen . had he been a total mess in the sack i can not say if i would or would not have went for seconds. [thats the shallow part]
maybe the rule of not supposing to have premarital sex was inforced by a bunch of men , who feared that with their size their woman would leave them after finding out it is small ?
i dont know . just some fun humor !

True, alot of the people that are posting didn't wait, I'm sure, but now that we're older and wiser we would like to educate the younger people about sex and pregnancy. Judging by this board, none of the teens on here know anything about sex or pregnancy, hence all of the unplanned pregnancies.

I had sex before I was married...I got pregnant before I was married! You shouldnt have to wait. Sex it special and all and it's incredible with person who you know will love you forever etc etc... but dont miss out of banging that hot guy in the university library just because someone says ''oh you shouldnt''. have fun with life...be careful of course. use a condom, and keep an eye out for video cameras.

There's tons of things that folks say that is true, correct, honorable and yet lots of people don't follow. That doesn't mean we shouldn't promote and advocate the idea.

Don't litter, don't loose your temper, don't have casual sex for fun, etc.

If you're looking for a reason to justify what you feel like doing, - then don't blame us. Our goal is to be the best we can be for the future, and move-on away from the mistakes of our past.

I did not wait. I was 20 though...I think our kids are having sex way to young and are clueless about the effects. I know when I was younger all the STD's were not heard of....

I didn't wait til marriage but we were engaged. Dumb of me. I had waited that long 3 more mths wouldn't have hurt. I wish I would have waited the 3 mths. I have always regretted that. Especially since I got pregnant. Of course, no one ever believes that we waited until we were engaged and that is my fault because I wasn't careful after waiting 18 years. DUMB DUMB DUMB
