Laser... it makes the hair grows less and in some cases to disappear. The bad is that this method sometimes is expensive and you need more than one session.

Electrolysis will do that for you. apparently it's a little painful, and you can only do small areas per session, and it's more difficult the more similar you hair and skin colour are, but it will permanently remove hair.

I have seen people who had had laser treatments.Seems to work
Some folks (like tg's and ts's) use electrolysis, but it is a bit painful
