Blood Pressure is not a disease to say whether its curable or not. If the pressure is high or low, then it creates problem to the human heart and whole body. If dat is not taken care immediately, then lose of life is possible. So, it can b controlled. V cant say it as curable or not curable.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

If you're alive, you have a blood pressure. If it is too high, there are things you can do to bring it down and maintain it. diet, losing weight, exercise, stopping smoking all help. Once in awhile, enough damage has been done that even these don't bring it down and medication or surgery is the only way.

I had low blood pressure, and wasn't knowing what it was the cause, until to find out that I had fibromas.
After doing the surgery, I am fine, my blood pressure is stable now.
Fibromas caused me an anemia, that it was the cause of low blood pressure.

You need to know the reason you have it. Depending on the reason, age, and other health conditions - it's curable.

Treatable,

depends, its treatable with medication but it usually doesnt just "go away." sometimes people get it down though by watching their diet and excercising (which i would encourage), but most people just take a medication for the rest of their life to keep it down
