take it from a fat guy.. its delicious.. really good on roast beef subs or prime rib... they even sell Horse Radish cheese down here @ Publix... melt that on your burger !

Love it also...but prefer the horseradish sauce to just plain horseradish.. it IS GREAT on prime rib or a piece of meat.

It's fantastic and use it on beef and pork. Adds the additional flavor that's out of this world. I also use it when making Sushi.

If it's toned down or cooked, I like it alot. If it's right off the stalk, IT'S HOT AS HELL!!!
