You never said from where you wish to travel to Thailand by boat... there is boat connection between Laos Thailand, but with other countries I doubt.. anyway check out at http://www.ask.com ... hope it comes to your help

Where will u come from? if you would to along the boat through other country, yes it have from china (Jinghong, Yunnan) Laos (Luangprabang)
But if you mean boat trip in Thailand, there is so many place anyway i would to suggest you travel by Rice Barge cruise, it's boutique style...hihihi i love it
Actually in Thailand have many kind of boat trip it depend on you. how many days you want to travel? and what kind of tour you like?

There are cruises to Phuket from Singapore.Do not know of any others.
