I wish you had a twin brother..=) Try to spend the whole day doing something you think she would love. Maybe get a tickets for those Parks like Disney (but small) where you both can experience and share some fun together. I don't think this suggestion goes to teen I think can be good for any age.

Treat her the best way...something that no one has ever done to her. Never ever make her feel upset and don't make her feel jealous or insecure. Stop talking about other girls. And always talk to her. And then marry her. Good luck!

make sure she is always secure with your relationship, dont ever let her doubt or question your love, its always the small things she will notice.

use expressions and deeds in place of words.
dont just say i love you
use flowers and say something or do something she wouldn't expect and surprise her
