whoever said this:
"Jesus was descended from Abraham, thus evidence for it being an unbroken royal bloodline, which continued until the French Revolution"
doesn't have any idea of what they are talking about.
if you really believe in Jesus's "royal bloodline" than you would know that it still continues (if you believe) in many European royal houses today (including Prince William and Harry), as well as with millions of ordinary people.

According to "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" the book that Dan Brown loosly based his novel on, Jesus was descended from Abraham, thus evidence for it being an unbroken royal bloodline, which continued until the French Revolution. However, there is no evidence or speculation of any descent from Adam and Eve.

Personally I believe that like the rest of creation, it was just an allegory, pictorial state of mind to describe concisely exactly how creation and the first humans were formed. I am a practising Christian but the creation story is just condensed into short paraphrase and should be taken liberally along with the story of adam and eve. These were probably generic human forms for several humans created by God via evolution.

If the ADAM and EVE story is true ,there should be only one type of DNA or gene line for all human being in the world. But truely DNA of American,Egyptian, and Asian gene line and DNA differ. So you cannot be sure as to whether Adam,Jesus etc had same blood line.It is difficult to prove or disprove. It is belief of people and belief does not require any proof!

No. The story of Adam and Eve is an allegory, not a fact. Jesus was a real person.

If you believe that adam and eve lived in the way described in the bible, then of course. Many people do believe it wasn't a literal story, though, but if it wasn't, then it would hardly be logical for them not to have a blood line.

If Adam and Eave were the first and only people created by God then all must be descendants, but don't forget the flood ,so Noah and his family are our ancestors, and two of each animal are their ancestors. Now talk about incest and inbreeding. Also I would like to believe Jesus had a child on on this Earth
