I don't think that's true.As far as I know, men peak at around 20, and sex drive (though not enjoyment) declines from then on, and women peak (just as high) in their early thirties. Which would mean, if the rate of "decline" is reasonably similar, that most women would have a higher drive at 40.( Incidentally, this would seem to be borne out by what --admittedly little-- anecdotal evidence I have.)

People's sexual appetites vary for a lot of reasons women are in their sexual peak at this stage not me they peaked years earlier having said that maybe the women in your life are exhausted, imagine what its like to work all day prepare a meal clean up sort the kids out prepare for the next day and finally go to bed....if that sounds like your partner maybe you could help her so she's less tired and more interested.

It depends on the soceity. So call Anglo soceities consider sex to be nasty and bad. BS. Both sexes have equivalent drive, it is just how the soceity forces them to look at it.

It is possible that the wifew at that age is very busy with the children. And it may also be the onset of Menopause for the women at that age.
