After talking to a few american men I find it kinda shocking that they're willing to jump into relationship too quickly, skipping all the romance, all that anticipation of getting to the second base after 5th date. ;)
No,they wanna fastforward and move in with you after knowing each other for a couple of month.Isn't it creepy?
Is there any depth in them I'm missing? Am I generalising and getting a wrong impression? Or am I right and american men haven't heard of giving a relationship time to mature and taking it slow ?

I America, there is something called the third date rule. It is unwritten, and most don't go by it. But the fact it is only second base on the 5th date is impressive. The third date rule is that if you date a guy]girl three times.....it is time for the bed......as I said, most don't go by it....but it is out there.

I think that with many men... it's all about the sex.

However, I've dated women who were ready for bed on the FIRST DATE. So I do think that's a generalization not reserved for JUST men.
