The Executive branch is the branch responible for ENFORCING the laws.
why don't we get a bunch of people all over the country to file, in every court in the land, lawsuits to force the government (on ALL levels) to enforc the law!
Local police, even state police refuse, by and large, to take part in holding illegals. Maybe it should be standard procedure, along with miranda warnings (who needs that now? haven't we ALL heard that about a million time on tv and movies?), to ask for proof of citizenship or legal status!
Everytime an illegal is arrested (and they are at a much higher rate than ANY OTHER GROUP!)and a judge lets one walk, that judge needs to be sued for deriliction of duty!
THIS ELECTION, VOTE OUT ALL THOSE PRO CRIMINAL POLITICIANS AND REPLACE WITH LAW ABIDING PEOPLE!

There is virtually no politician who is going to really make an effort at tackling this situation since the hispanic vote is key to the national elections because A) they vote issues not solely along party lines, and B) naturalized citizens votes at a rate over double the rest of the voter pool.

Since there are legal immigrants and illegal immigrants of all nationalities only a politician who doesn't have to court any naturalized constituants will really make a strong effort at this.

And you can sue judges based upon bad decisions. They help draft the laws, including the ones giving them immunity from prosecution or liability for bad or questionable decisions.

The police are frustrated because they haul them in and the courts let them go. The courts let them go, because they jail are already full. So where does it end? I'm not condoning their actions, I'm trying to explain it.
The Illegal immigrant issue is a very complex far reaching problem. To just "put them on a bus south" (my preference by the way) isn't always the right solution. I agree this needs to be addressed, but even though they are in the US Illegally, they are humans, and our neighbors. Not all of them are criminals. There needs to be some very tough decisions made by our representatives. Blanket amnesty does not sit well with me. We need to figure out how to secure the borders. (with the National guard, not regular military), we need to identify these people and one by one sort them out. For the most part, most will be deported, and some may stay and put into the legalization process. But either way it needs to be addressed.

It is amazing how much you sound like Adolf, his speeches were all about law and order too, and Goebbels loved to play with the type face in his newspaper.

I'm with you! I can't wait until November. My friends are going with me and we WILL NOT vote for anyone who supports amnesty.

Thank you for being on the right side.
