How about some eggs on bread...it's easy, quick and yummy.

So first crack two or three eggs in a bowl, the put in some chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, mushrooms. Then add some black pepper, red crushed pepper and salt to taste. Then scramble them. Take one or two slices of bread put it in the toaster cook them so they are crunch (med-brown)...unless you prefer them another way. Then put the eggs on top of the toast and there you go, you might want to put some sauce on it if you want like ketchup.

Another good recipe is if you have macaroni and some onions...
Cook the macaroni. Then on a skillet, put a little bit of oil, some chopped green bell peppers, some chopped onions, and tumeric powder ( about 1/4 tsp) and some chili powder (to taste) and salt. Let the onions and green bell pepper cook. Now add the macaroni to the onions and bell peppers, and mix well so that the macaroni is coated in with the tumeric flavor/oil and their you go.

Another macaroni dish you can make is macaroni and cheese.
So cook the macaroni first. Chop some onions about 1/2 cup. Take a tablespoon of butter and put in a pot let it melt bu not burn, and place the onions and let them cook. Once they look tender add some cheese (what ever amount you like) and let it melt a little. Then add some milk (1/4 cup), mix the cheese, onions and milk together to create a cheese sauce and then mix in the macaroni. Be sure to coat the macaroni and onions in the cheese sauce and add salt and pepper .
