I mean they seem to like boys that are jerks and even after they are hurt by one they go on to another just like the other and ignore the good ones

Is it really a matter of being nice - or is it a matter of being nice and timid? I think it's the brash boldness of the badboys that's attractive. Tho sometimes alchohol insprired at least the badboy will make a play. But a nice guy who gets out there and is able to talk to girls/women and is fun and bold - that will bring success.

cos bad boys like only short term releationship and does not force girls for a permanent relationship where as stupid good boys will tell the girls that they will be there for her throught her life

because the "bad boys" are conceited wich means they are probably "cuter" than the ones that are nice.
