you have to consider this carefully. Is this what you really want? If it is then you may have to accept that he doesn't want the same things as you. I would suggest talking about what turns him on.
Really I think that you might do better elsewhere. He doesn't seem to appreciate you at all. I would find insulting if a girl were to go out with another guy without my permission. If You want exclusivity then you might have to seriously consider looking for a new BF.
Maybe he needs the lesson of what he's missing. It might be difficult for you but stop having sex for a while and see if he becomes interested if not you gotta say see ya!

If he knows that having sex with him is your weekness, you can only divert his attention on other things. Hard but not impossible... Try to find at the library Robert Cialdini's books, he studied persuassion techniques.
Your friends or the men you slept with may be talking about the fact that you slept with them or he might have gotten the idea that you are easy. So you need to do probably have a better idea of what men think/value - read more posts on relationships in yahoo or other sites.
Do something to improve your mind - everybody finds attractive an interesting mind. (read psychology, poetry, law, etc... your choice)
And last but not least read a book on manners/grace/style; we all have it to a certain degree but there is always room for improvement. So be charming
