Thay are quite poular in this part of the world, but it is not a recognised colour in the breed standard, so as mentioned above is a dis-qualifying fault. A white German Shephard dog would be at a disadvatage while 'working'.

yes, people breed them, my friend has one. also look at gsroc.org, they rescue german shepards and have white ones too that need homes
