what cases my headache?

Everytime the weather is dirty,everytime I take some difficult physical exercises,or I'm hardly stressed,I feel a high blood tension in my head,preasure,or pain at the rigth side of the forehead.Is there any risk for tumor?

See a neurologist if these symptoms have been ongoing. You might just be suspectible to headaches, sinus headache or a slight migraine.
