There is doubt because there is a devil named Satan who wants us to doubt!
Prophecy is one way to prove the bible is true!
Most churches won't preach prophecy the reason is they don't really represent the true God of the bible! (Proof Satan is at work)
One example: Ten nations in Europe are going to come together under one leader who will be also working with the false prophet. This ten nation group called the beast will be the final resurrection of the Roman Empire. They will defeat the United States .... Please go to this website for a better understanding. They have articles about the Bible being true & about prophecy. Like where in the bible is the United States talked about. We are in there!

there is no way to say if everything is true in it. Even if the bible has been around as long as it has been. It probably had been re-traslated 1000's of times and re-written so many times that storys and event have been changed. which would make the bible 100% not true of what happened.

They can't prove the bible is true. They just say to have faith. They never say anything logical. Anytime I have got in fights with religious people they never say anything logical. They just say to have faith and not approach it logically. There saying dont think about it because if you do and find out the facts you realize how stupid it is. They have nothing to prove them right.

You cannot prove the Bible true, you cannot even prove that gravity is universal. Proofs are only for alcohol and math.

One of the best ways is prophecy, telling what will happen, in daniel and rev. for example it tells us about things that scientist are finding true today, The ten commandments, [i did not say ten suggestions] tells us about God's standards, did you know all major countrys that have a law system that works baise there laws on those ten commandments, and if that is true so is the rest of it. free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com talk to me wgr88@yahoo.com

You cannot "know" if the bible is true. You can "choose" to "believe" it to be true or not true. If the Bible could be proven true, then it would undermine the whole issue of Faith.

How do I know if the Bible is true?
Because God said so.
How do you know God said so?
Because the Bible said so.
How do you know the Bible is true?
Because God said so.
Out of the thousands of gods people have created over our history, how do you decide which one is the real god? Let`s say there is heaven and hell, you still need choose the correct god.
