If your file lock from hard disk you should do:

From explorer Tools>Folder Option>View then scroll last end and remove tick mark from 'Simple File Sharing'

Now right click your file (which you want to send to memory card)
click on Properties and click on 'Security Tab' >'Advance'>Owner> You can see your name there if this PC belongs to you, click on the name and tick on 'Replace Owner....'

Click apply and ok!

There is a small tab on the top of the disk that slides up and down. Move the tab so the hole is open and try it again.
