Honestly no one can blame them for being worthless to society (no one who ever seriously contributed even the slightest bit to society was weak, ignorant or cowardly). They exist because we let them. Ignore them if they are just plain stupid (like the hippies and drug-addicts), listen to their side if they are intelligent and serious (like the families of dying troopers or those who may have better ideas), kill them if they are traitors or detriments to the world at large (the stupid ones are applicable under this one too).

Nothing. If they are weak, ignorant and cowardly they are not a threat to me and thus below my concern.
