Yes if this Person have a Hiv and u would catch it by this person between AID/Hiv if this person have sex with 5 people then someone become a AID yes it would cause to u have Hiv from soneome who is spreading to ur body to pass on i learned in Health class in long time ago

Not necessarily. It is said that you can get HIV if your blood mixes with the blood of an infected person.
But recently I read an article that denies HIV to be a virus... It was really interesting and made me think.

No, you can get it from a dirty needle. It was possible about 20 years ago to get it from blood transfusions but in the US blood for transfusions is tested rigorously now so the chances of it happening that way are slim to none. It is passed through bodily fluids so anything is possible but the virus is actually very temperature sensitive so it can't survive on a toilet seat or in the air if it is sprayed.

No, you can get it from dirty needles, like from drug use or tattoos. You can get it if you have a cut and someone with it bleeds or expresses any bodily fluid on the open cut. You can get it if they bite you. You can get it from blood transfusions, though rare these days occasionally a bad bag of blood slips through the cracks.
