the bombay govt had an entire yr to do something about this but they dont learn.
its so sad that our gutters are overflowing we desperately need better sewages and drainage system

i live in juhu. and day before i had to go all the way to xaviers for my college admissions and it was really really bad. it was flooded in most places. the b.m.c hasn't done anything significant since wat happened last year repeated itself. though i must say our traffic cops were really helpful.
