I have them all the time. Mostly when I'm sleeping. I know it's an out of body experience, because I can turn and see myself still laying there. My spirit self has a sort of glow outlining it, and I'm always much younger then my physical self. I enjoy them a great deal. I can fly in them and look down and decide where I want to stop. I also had one when I lost a baby and almost died. It was the most wonderful beautiful place I have ever been. I think it was Heaven and my baby was with my Grandma and my Papaw. She was beautiful and full of joy. I wanted to stay, but it wasn't my time. Made me cry to come back. Our earthly bodies age, but our spiritual selves never seem to grow older. It's an awesome experience!

Well I have seen Occurances outside of my house.
I was Taking a Shower and Passed out. I was street racing on the freeway and the other racer lost control and slammed into me and we Crashed into the Sound wall, and when i woke up, I got out of the shower and while i was watching TV, i told my parents, then There was a loud thud noise. And a few minutes later three fire trucks an ambulance and two cop cars went on the on ramp for the 5 freeway over in anaheim by the plaza. It was crazy!!!!! Right next to my house

No but I once had an operation & had a dream of what the surgeon was doing to me. When I woke up, my hand had been bandaged up the exact same way as in my dream.
Spooky.

Every morning at 7.30 a.m. My big problem with it is that I don't get up until 9.00 a.m. It's usually a bit of a mess.

Only when I have been dreaming. I Was looking down on my self it was quite scarey, thats a dream you remember.
