I have to do all her work while she does not want to do anything.I dont know what to do.

talk to your parents. Don't do her work for her. If it is her chore to do and it doesn't get done then she is the one who will get in trouble not you.

Try telling her that she'll never grow up & be a responsible (mature) woman if other people do her job for her... she'll stay a big baby for sure that way. Then, when she gets older, she'll find out that men don't want lazy babies... they want mature women.
