Heck yes! Also the inability to find a comfortable position. Sitting, standing, laying, it doesn't matter there is no comfort. I vomited until all I had left was some funny colored stuff(greenish blue). Then I finally realized that it wasn't something that was just going to go away. I had my gallbladder removed within the week. I have an extremely high pain tolerance level, but that episode took the cake.

In the absence of right upper qudrant abdominal pain, definitely NOT.
Gallstones can be associated with nausea and vomiting but generally only when they cause abdominal pain and mostly following a fatty meal.
"swirling dizziness" is certainly NOT a symptom of cholelithiasis and although it may occur as a side effect of some medications (depedning what you take for the pain of biliary colic), what you describe sounds more like true vertigo.
In fact, vertigo, nauea and vomiting in the absence of fever, abdominal pain or other gastrointestonal symptoms may all be due to intracranial pathology.
It can arise from inner ear pathology or in some people it can be the presenting symptoms of MS.
More information and clinical examination is essential to clarify this but I would strongly suggest you visit your doctor if these are recurrent and distressing symptoms for you.
No it is not your gall stones!

Yes to all of the above, not to mention the unimaginable pain, sweating, and fever.
