If your sperm has a Y chromosome and fertilizes a female egg (which will always be an X), then you get XY, or boy. So the way to GET A GIRL is to have sperm with an X chromosome, because the XX combination produces females. I'm sure that's not what you meant by your question but it DOES answer it!!
