However, many of them can do only very very basic translation
if it is single words or very simple basic sentences.
The problem starts when the words have mulitple meanings,
or, if the sentence involves some cultural-specific expressions, or, that when the Japanese and English expression are very different in the sense of grammar, the translated results are difficult to understand, and often contain obvious mistakes.
I would advise using human being to do the translation.
If there really isn't any people to help,
use those sites carefully, and please
use good dictionary to cross-check and correct the errors.
eg.
none of them can translate "make love" or "love-making" properly.

Honestly, I wouldn't use a translator, they are terrible and you would end up sounding absolutely stupid.
