Unfortunately, only one. I am trying to learn French and German. American schools do not stress foreign language enough.

Yes, we are indeed the divided states.

I'm fluent in English, but i can speak Japanese and i want to learn Korean and Chinese.
I never wanna correct anyone for their english because it's rude and you could hurt feelings that way. Heck it could even be someone learning english and the negative comments about their english could totally turn them off to learning it.
People who make fun of someone for their english is just pathetic and no one should have to read that kind of crap.
I'm happy that other's who are learning the language would post here and learn more, and i wish they wouldn't have to be made fun of for attempting to use english. but all they can really do is ignore those kind of posts.
The reason i believe we're so divided is because the political parties made it that way. They try so hard to get certain peoples votes instead of trying to win everybody over. But i put full blame on both the democrat and republican parties. They're not interested in uniting us.

I'm not American, i'm Romanian and I speak 4 languages. In fact, to learn a foreign language, it's good to start with the grammar. After that, to read as much as possible in that language. And, in my opinion, it's not too polite to answer like that: take a dictionary. If somebody doesn't want to answer a question, doesn't have to. Or, people answer questions just for points.

I speak 4 languages. Farsi, English, Spanish, and Italian. And it is completely wrong when english speakers make fun of other people.
