About a week ago, me & my boyfriend finally made that move & it was my first time. But anyway ever since then I've been bleeding for about a week. Is it just that my cherry has been popped or could it be something else?

2nd Quesstion:
The other day we were making out & things were getting hot between us. But the whole issue mentioned above put a damper on taking it any further well for me at least. He knew the issue & still wanted to have sex, but I couldn't.
*What some other ways that I can still please him?

Having your "cherry popped" usually means you've lost your virginity. But there are a few other ways the cherry can be popped without having intercourse. Tampon usage and being fingered can tear the hymen. Is it heavy or light bleeding? If it is light I wouldn't be too worried because it will take it a while to heal. But if it is heavy bleeding I would see the gyno just to make sure everything is ok. Once you have become sexually active it would be wise to start seeing the gyno every year for an exam to make sure you are healthy and haven't contracted an STD. The most common STD is HPV (human papaloma virus) a guy can be a carrier and not know it because it may never show signs and it lives at the base of his p**** and a condom doesn't cover that part.

How old are you? With as many STD's floating around I would suggest you hold off sex for as long as you can. And make sure you are truly ready to have sex when you do finally decide. And your boyfriend should respect your feelings. If he doesn't dump him because he is a jerk.

getting your cherry popped is when you take a cherry stem and put it in your mouth and try to tie it with out using your hands. Who ever told you it has any thing to do with sex is messing with you!

answer #2- something to do with out having sex, watch a movie, play a video game (guys like those), go exercise, walk in the mall...

Your obviously to young to even worry about **** like that any ways. Instead of being on yahoo asking people you don't know, go ask your parents or someone who cares about you, I'm sure they will guide you in the right direction and if you keep bleeding go to the doctors!

Having the cheery popped is when a girl/woman has sex for the first time and breaks the hymen (sp?) which bleeds a little... (hence the cherry being red)

BUT you can break that very thin membrane with a tampon or your fingers...
