XP HOME edition is rubbish guys come on , xp pro is the one you want or xp office , , xp home has too many flaws , just my opinion but yes it is illegal to download copyrighted material and you do so at your own risk of imprisonment and fines by microsoft too mayb .

Well firstly, its illegal to download copyrighted software. Secondly, if you choose to download it illegally, it will be a pretty large file - maybe a few GB.
Illegal sources include P2P servers, bit-tottrents, or even a friends CD.
