Yes, but there are many non-physical beings who are not demons. Demons are pure evil. Every influence from them is destructive, negative, and intended to harm others. There are also ghosts, spirits and other beings who can affect humans. The difference is that with demons everything they do is just plain evil. A ghost might freak you out, but a demon will obsess you with negative and destructive thoughts to weaken your willpower to the point that they can posses you.
