Well, you really can't. Orlando doesn't have a beach, unless you get married at Disney's Grand Floridian or another resort on their lake. You can do a search for weddings on Disney's site. Otherwise, choose one of the coasts. I, personally, like the Gulf side better. You get a sunset instead of sunrise on the beach and the water is much nicer. If you are going to Orlando, Tampa/St. Pete is about an hour West. It has nice beaches. If you go a little farther south, Sarasota and Ft. Myers has nice beaches as well. I'd recommend Siesta Key Beach off of Sarasota.

Orlando is in the middle of the state, there are no beaches there. You can have it on a lake front or by a pool, those are just as nice. Contact Disney and see what kind of a package they offer. I hear there really nice and you have several to chose from.

Good luck

Orlando doesn't have a beach, you'll have to go east for that, but there's a link below for both.

go to google earth. look at the flordia coast line. pick a city. call the chamber of commerce in that city and ask the names of city or county beaches that are open to the public for events. they will tell you whether or not it is possible & what you have to do.
