It could be one of two things. The first could be the added sugars in the lemonade itself, or secondly it could be the natural acids found in citrus fruits. From personal experience I would say that it's the acids.

Mine doesn't but if yours does it could be from the acid in the lemonade. You should see a doctor to check for stomach ulcers or some other condition.

Too much acid. Maybe sugar, too. Balance this by only drinking it with foods like sandwiches or potatoes and not drinking on an empty stomach.

Only on an empty stomach because lemonade is acidic. lemons are balls of acid, citric acid.

sometimes depending on what you have eaten, highly acidic beverages will cause acid reflux. chew some times and enjoy your lemonade

i usually get heartburn when i drink lemonade..........its very acidic.and for some that can be hard on the tummy.
