Only if you are current on all your monthly payments, though.

Well usually the bank will send you a new one. You should get it about a month or two before your old one expires. If you havent gotten it yet, then I would call the issuer and find out if there is a problem.
More than likely, if it was sent out to you then either it wasnt opened up or there was a problem in the mail.

Yes you automatically receive a new card in the mail approximatelt 2 weeks before the expiration on the bottom right hand corner of old card.

If you have had a good standing relationship with them they will automatically send you a new one 1-month before the expiration.

In most cases you should get a new one much prior to actual expiration date.
If you don't have one you need to call bank ASAP and verify if it was send to you and when. Also, see if there are any weird transactions on your account
