that situation is complicated and can easily be resolved by her moving out. but instead of her going threw all of those problems of finding another place she should stay there and do her thing just because two people live together of the opposite sex does not mean they will have sex. if she really does love you then she wont cheat on you but you should give her a chance to prove that there is no more attraction for the guy and they are just roommates. my brother has a roommate and its a girl and they have had a a serious relationship before but since she moved in they are just friends and they have no desire to do anything like that with each other again. they are just roommates he has a girlsfriend and she has a boyfriend and all of them do double dates and have good friendships. you should get to know the guy before judging.

Thats a tough one, if your girlfriend and that guy had sex in the past whos to say it wouldnt happen again? Like they could say to each other that their partners are far away or whatever and they could just do it one night out of the blue. Was it her choice to live with him or no? I would question it for sure. I would trust her, but maybe pay her room mate a visit and tell him to not screw around with your girl. Your not being stupid, if I was in your shoes, I would question my girl about it.

I hoped this helped!

Not a good situation. If she can't appreciate your position on her living with an ex-boyfriend is wrong, then you should breakup. She is just using you and not respecting your relationship.
She could find a female roommate even if she doesn't know anyone better than this guy. If she doesn't move out then you should move on. There are better women out there for you.
