No, it cannot be proven in this physical dimension. I don't think it's supposed to be proven. It won't be proven until our physical incarnations end and we return to be home with God in the spiritual dimension.

Read this it might help you.....
Is There Really A God?? OH YES! YOU CAN KNOW THERE IS A GOD UNLESS
YOU CAN PROVE HOW THE FOLLOWING CAME INTO BEING! NOT JUST CONJECTURE OF WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED OR WHAT YOU THINK HAPPENED BUT WHAT YOU CAN PROVE HAPPENED.
93 million miles from the blistering surface of the sun hangs the planet earth. A rotating sphere perfectly suspended in the center of the universe. The ultimate creation from an infinite mind. An unbelievable intricate complex design. A supernatural testimony, an irrefutable sign. A sign to the logical, thinking, lucid mind that there is....A GOD.
The size, position and angle of the earth is a scientific phenomenon to see for a few degrees closer to the sun and we would disintegrate, a few degrees further away and we would freeze. The axis of the earth is tilted at a perfect 23 degree angle and it's no mistake that it is. This allows equal global distribution to the rays of the sun making it possible for the food chain to exist.
Or take for example the combination of nitrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere we breathe every day. It just happens to be the exact mix that life needs to prosper, and it doesn't happen on any other planet that way.
You see, the Bible says the invisible things of God are clearly seen through His creation; to believe this is not hard. If there's a design, there's a designer, if there's a plan, there's a planner, and if there's a miracle, there is a God.
The heavens declare the glory of God and the skies proclaim the work of His hands. If we allow our minds to drink all the truth that just surrounds us, creation itself will help us understand.
Did you know the moon controls the tides? It's the maid that cleans the oceans. Even the waves don't crash the shores in vain. The tides drag impurities into the depths of the sea. It's nature's constant recycling chain.
It simply boggles the mind to think that the stars rotate with such exact precision - that it's true. That the atomic clock they move through as they silently orbit the sun and the moon did NOT come about by accident but rather by design. The stars are like celestial evangelist above, who circle the earth every 24 hours shouting in every language that there is a God. Atheism is the wedge under the foundation of our faith trying to topple our relationship with Christ. When the fool said in his heart, there is no God, he rejects the truth God painted on the canvas of the very heavens.
Atheism still has never given answers to our existence, peace to a troubled mind or even dried a tear. For it's God who created heaven and earth and flung the stars in space and breathed in the handful of dirt and it became a man. It's God who sits on the circle of the earth and measures the mountains in a scale and holds the seven seas in the palm of His hand. It's God who sent His only begotten Son to the cross of Calvary. It is God who heals and God who is worthy of a thunderous ovation of praise........

Well if it couldnt be proved then we wouldnt have so many muslims christians and jews now would we? How can it be proven? im sure there are thousands of ways to prove it. For example, does it make sense that there was nothing, and then *poof*, there was something?
but doesnt it make sense that there was a far superior being who is not bound within time, matter, or space? a greater being who adjusted every single thing in its right place; the earth in the exact right position, the atmosphere in the exact right layers, the stars shining so brightly in the sky, the beautiful scenes of nature flashing before your eyes, or the birds chirping so beautifuly, or how sun rises and sets, or how the moon shines so brightly in the night sky.
How can u look at these and say it was all just an accident?
as to the "see and feel" theory, can u physically feel love? can u physically feel your mind? your soul? good? evil? kindness? If something is not bound in matter time nor space then it actually makes sense that u cant c and touch it. and what i mean by not being bound in it is that it doesnt physically exist(matter) it doesnt wear off(time) u cant keep it in a jar(space). wouldnt a being like that be able to create the earth and the skies? does it make sense that some cell just randomly evolved into a monkey and then into u and me? does it?
can u still say there is no God?

Through out time, so many cultures have put there belief in something that is far greater than themselves. So many things have taken place that mankind simply cannot explain. Some might say that the reason for a lack of explanation is due to ignorance, or that we technologically have not grown enough to explain things. It boils down to what you personally believe, and if you believe that God is real, great. If not, then keep trying to explain away what others believe to be true.

Sure, how else could what we see around us have happened? Who can create a tree? Only God. There are no valid alternative answers. We know that the "Big Bang" is illogical. The universe has not continued to expand that way it should have if it were. Also the universe should have contracted on itself by now. Darwin's theories have been disproved. We all remember those frogs in our textbooks that are used to show how evelutions works. As it turns our this was faked.

To me, Yes! Is it simple to do so? Yes!
Do YOU really, REALLY need to get at the truth of this proof?
If you dont. Then go in peace.
If you do. Then you will have to undertake that of which is quite beyond of what you can normally and daily understand or 'sense'.
Start with what you cant see but can sense and understand. Its just Air
Continue with what you cant see, cant sense, but just about understand and witness its effects on other things (not you). Its just called Magnetism and Gravity.
Then continue with quantum physics and the "warping" of space time in its continuum. Some people understand. They claim to show "evidence".
Then start to "feel" the senseless things that hurt you and not fully understand why.
Then feel "moved " to live your life in full harmony and non-discrepancy experiencing it without a single ounce of understanding and yet filled with "knowing".
Then "freely" disrupt this flow and feel the anxiety of lostness.
Then SEEK a comeback to "better times"
Then faithfully wait in silence and be keeping humble, in all trueness.
Then.... experience the moment when you wont have to prove to yourself anymore that God is real. Its a promise thats been kept. For everyone who is just willing enough to try "check it out".

Hard to prove that anything's real, actually. Take the theory of evolution, or the theory of gravity, for example. We're pretty darn sure that they're true, but one can never say that one has, for certain, irrevocably proven them. It's just bad science.
Now...if a bunch of stars in our Milky Way suddenly and impossibly rearranged themselves in the night sky to spell out "Hi there! It's me, God!" That would probably be about as close to proof as we could get. And that's pretty darn close.

Okay....if you can go out of your way and help another human being, or go to extra mile to assist the sick, or use whatever you have to defend the oppresed....then that means you believe there is a God and He exists inside you. If you feel nothing inside yourself and are totally misogynistic and apathetic to everything around you, then you don't believe God exists because you don't believe it yourself.

Not any more than you could prove Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the boogie man, unicorns, etc are real. They are all a product of the human imagination.

Yes, you just have to believe... I have been a Christian and I can say that God is real... If he isn't we will not be breathing right now.. Who would actually think of creation so wonderful except God?
