My Mom is American and she learned Hebrew 22 years ago. She says it's pretty hard, but if you emphasize on the verb system and the male/female differences, you'll get there. You should also work on pronunciations - the ain, het, tzadik- letters that don't exist in English.

Hebrew is the old Jewish language, and Jews or Israelis speak it today.

Im not sure but here is a site that helps you learn..they go through a short lesson for free, so that you know how easy it is to pick up on. I learned some russian aswell, from this site

Hebrew is not the easiest language to learn. But I believe
it will be the international language(as English now is) after
Messiah comes(no matter whom you believe Him to be).

The fact that you used the word "hard" means you have doubts, not about the language, but about your capabilities to understand and learn it. "No guts, no glory" is my advice to you.

Apparently not. Hewbrew kids learn it by the time they're about two years old.
