We had just one date ,I acted I like him but after that he disappeared .... Its really hurt !!

It might mean nothing. Some guys are just shy and you can never guess which ones are. They're not trying to "disappear". They just don't know how to make the next move and are inexperienced at this kind of thing. It really just depends on whether you think you screwed up or if you think you had good chemistry. But with shy guys, it's always hard to tell.
If he's a shy guy, then it might mean nothing and you might have to pursue a little bit. But if he doesn't seem like a shy guy, then maybe you're not his type. Or maybe you said the wrong thing. It just depends on whether or not he's the quiet type who can't decide what to say. Quiet guys really want aggressive girls, though you shouldn't overdo it. But non-quiet guys don't want that kind of thing, because they have ego problems and are just looking to score points. So if he's quiet and you like him, pursue him. Otherwise, move on.
