of course, but its not going to happen because everyone has free will, given to us by god....

just try to reach as many people as you can, and pray for those who want no part of jesus in their life, and for god to have mercy on their souls....

god bless

Well, it would depend on what we all believed about him. It seems the more we find out about the flaws of the bible it puts us in a questioning state. Was he a man or is he God in human form. I think most of us do believe in Jesus, but probably not in the way that you would like. It would be nice to live in a unified society though. I just read the Gospel of Thomas tonight. It's a collection of sayings that were attributed to Jesus during his time here. Apparently who ever edited the new testament decided it wasn't going to make it to the presses. There is a suggestion in that text that Jesus felt as if heaven were inside as well as beyond us. I kind of like this idea of looking inward to find the God within myself. If that potential is in me than it's in all of us. And if I can act from that place toward that same potential in you than we have a beautiful thing going here. So maybe it's enough to believe in ourselves to create the changes that make our lives easier.

There was a time when everyone (alive) believed in Jesus. It was called the dark ages. Quite the contrary, I think that things would be easier if no one believed in Jesus.

Easier maybe, but life wasn't meant to be easy. Plus, it would be a lot more boring if we all believed the same thing.

And, even if we all did believe in Jesus, there would still be differing beliefs on what his teachings meant and how he lived his life and whether or not he did truly die on the cross for our sins or whether or not he was resurrected, or whether he continued a life on earth and married and had a family...etc etc. See what I mean?

No, it wouldn't have been better or easier...
Why don't you say it would have been better if everyone believed in the Islamic religion and in our Prophet Muhammed...
I think and I am sure life would have been much much better than what is going on now. Since the Islamic religion teaches the best manners and behavior that a mankind should have.

No, because what would happen is everyone would have their own interpretation of Jesus' teachings and would think they're better than the other Jesus believers and then there would be clashes between one faction of Jesus believers with other factions of Jesus believers and then all....

oh... wait a minute...

That happens NOW.

No. Why? Because people cannot seem to agree with one another as to how to go about worshipping Jesus. If you don't believe me, then Google "Hundred Years' War," and read about how the Protestants and the Catholics massacred one another in Europe for, well, a hundred years!

Don't worry, be happy.

All the believers will go to the Christian heaven and all the non-believers will go to the Lake of fire along with Death and Hell.

Then you will have a world where everyone believes in Jesus Christ.

Now that was simple wasn't it?

Don't you think it would be much easier if everyone believed in the Easter Bunny?

This was tried in Europe for centuries. The problem is what do you do with people who choose not to believe? Historically, they were burned, hung, drowned, drawn and quatered, tortured, beheaded, imprisoned, etc. It simply is not a realistic goal.

Easier for who?
The ones who want to keep the power over you?
Isn't that why they deified him in the first place, to make it easier ?
