my fiance was married before and he was physically and verbally abused ok,well she tricked him and she got pregnant,well he said it was a big mistake that he got married in the first place b/c,he never really loved her,he was in the navy and he was lonily,he has custody of the 2 kids b/c she has borderline personality disorder,she is crazy.... she has tried to kill him several times...why would someone marry someone if they did not love that person??????????????????????????????????

While growing up everybody is taught (or accepts) certain values. Your fiance probably married his ex because it was "the right thing to do" her being pregnant and all, and I'm sure he didn't have time to think everything through properly. When you have an unexpected pregnancy you kinda get caught off guard and you have to make decisions quick. It was probably an easy decision for him because he was in the military and he could provide for them easily and he probably stayed with her because of the loneliness (like you said). Sometimes the only thing you have in common with someone is the kids so you have no choice but to deal with the craziness for their sake.

he's feeding you a line of crock ---- he married because he wanted too ---- nobody got tricked - he had sex with her and everybody knows if you don't use your own protection - she can end up pregnant. Don't marry a man that can't be honest - no wonder she going off the deep end --- he's probably spun so many tales she didn't know if she was coming or going ---- just look at how he's gotten you stressed over why he married the last woman if he didn't love her----- see, you're getting all wrapped up in his tales too --- now you wondering about him----- pass on this man he has way too much baggage!!!

Well,for starters it happens alot now days married for wrong reasons?how i see it this guy was doing what he felt best at the time for the kids sake,wonderful,he has custody of the 2 kids,and he isn,t the only one out there where guys think of theire reponsibilities being a father.You just be sure he loves you?

I hope you're not considering marrying this person. That man needs a mature, responsible wife, and the children need a good mother. JUST FROM YOUR POST----you would be able to provide neither.
Let that guy find someone who can be a strong partner for life with him and his children. You're still in the 3rd grade with regard to relationships.

its the fear of being alone. i am in the army and alot of guys and girls worst fear is dying young and alone. if you ask most service members what there worst fear is..... its being alone.
