Does anybody know a good website where I can get a good deal on a 3 or 4 star 2 week holiday to Thailand from Loiverpool? I like the look of these multi centre holidays where you can stay in more than one city! It’s so hard to find one that doesn’t try and rip you off just because its august!!

It seems you're looking for the Hotels in Bangkok just like me. I'm heading to get there as well soon. But now, I'm looking for ones which are closed to the BTS or MRT. I have been advised for the website to check which there are details about that.

For multi centre, I have some lists;
1. Novotel Siam, 4 star Hotel (Near to Siam Centre)
2. Arnoma Hotel, 3 star Hotel (Near to Kasorn Plaza, Big C and World Trade Centre)

You can actually have a look through that website by yourself. www.excelloz.com You can check the hotels and rates.

Hope it helps.

The Asia Hotel Bangkok

It is centrally located for easy access to all the business, shopping and popular attractions of Thailand's exciting capital city. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Don Muang International Airport.

The Asia Bangkok is located closely to the BTS Station "Ratchathewi Station" It takes only 3 minutes by walk from the hotel to the BTS Station, then you can comfortably ride to many famous tourist attractions such as Shopping Center, Parks, Hopital, Sites and Monuments.

Nearby Tourist Attractions
a) Siam Square
b) Siam Paragon
c) Mahboonkrong Center
d) World Trade Shopping Centre

try www.hotelclub.com
you can book online and they include a brief info about the hotel too. get a return ticket back, but you can take the train to get around thailand to pattaya or up to chaingmai/chiangrai. 3* and 4* hotels are equivalent to 4* tourist class in other cities. just make sure you check out the location - cheaper if you're somewhere close to the night life (and thinner walls), more expensive if closer to shopping malls.

There are squillions of hotels in Thailand you really don't need to book in advance, buy yourself the Lonely Planet guide and just go. You can stay in as many places as you choose or as your time will allow.

It's a safe place and enough English is spoken for you to be able to get by

between the poshest community motel often is the Princess baiyoke sky. besides the actual incontrovertible reality that Bangkok also has alot of world motel chains too. i imagine alot of the numerous motel chains are there and may be got here upon on the point of one yet another close to the procuring district and is ideal beside the Chao Praya river.
