Copy the folders from your VCD to a folder on your computer called 'VCD' (or any other CD label) Then, convert the files from AVSEQ or avi (VCD) format to DVD format using an online converter such as AfterDawn (www.afterdawn.com) or DVD Crash (www.dvdcrash.net). Then burn the converted files on to an empty DVD using a DVD Burner, and your DVD is ready to play!

You're going to have to import the file into a special editing suite (like Adobe Premier), then re-create the file in the DVD-compatible format. The main problem you will have is that the VCD format is more compressed and may not give you a good final product even after taking the time to convert.

Yes! The best site that I know of for everything video/audio is http://www.afterdawn.com . It seems to me there was a utility I once used to do just that via converting to .avi then to DVD.
