has he showed any signs of affection, or made any moves towards being in a relationship with you? or is it totally one sided? just bcus a man fathers a child, especially in this day and age.... doesnt mean hes going to love the child, let alone... love the mother... be careful....and even if he doesnt show an interest in you dont hold that against him, let him see the baby if he wants tooo, its hard to find men who give a **** anymore

You can't ever make someone fall in love with you even if you had a child that is the worst way to try to get some one. If he doesn't feel the same way about you you should just move on in your life because chances are slim that he will change.

You cannot make anyone love you. But you can at least try to get along and be friends. Having a kid together means alot of communication and you already have something in common to talk about. Maybe try being friends first and see what happens from then on.

You were in a sexual relationship. That's a relationship, even if it only lasted a short time. I think your daughter would agree with me. - You can get people to have sex but you can't make someone love you.

Unfortunately you can't make someone fall in love with you but since you do have a daughter together spending time together with her might create a bond (not necessarily the one you're looking for).

I'm sure I'll score no points with this one but it has to be said, if you would have been sure of his love before you had sex there would not be this problem. sex is not a game for kids to play, its meant for married adults that understand the ramifications and are willing to take the responsibilities for their actions. i hope for your little girls sake that he is a stand up guy and will live up to his responsibilities, as for you, you got what you paid for. next time try it the other way around!

i wish i knew, i am in the same situation, i was never in a relationship with my daughters dad. my daughter is 3 , im single and so is he. i love him so much and would love to be a proper family with him, but i doubt he feels the same about me. i really want him to love me like i love him. i wish i knew the answer, if you find out, please let me know asap.x

it's hard to make a man love you if you love him and he does not love you than move on or take care of your child by yourself because in this world now men just want to have sex so just be careful if you want someone to love you make sure you make the right decision

actually sounds great for ur baby cos afterall isnt best for the child to have both biological parents w her? Well, start asking him over for meals u fix n give him a relax n cosy homely feel. of cos his baby must be there to play a big role to remind him he's her dad! Start off as friends first dun rush n observe wat he wants. best, let him see ur gd points:)
