You should focus more on learning than loving and ask this teacher to teach you how to spell.

You are starting a situation that could cost your teacher her career for the rest of her life. She is knowledgable of students "falling in love" with their teachers and she knows it is unethical. If you like her so much, back off and just admire her from afar. Find a nice girl with the same qualities. You don't want to hurt the woman, do you??? As soon as someone in authority finds out you're feelings, they are going to start investigating her. Stop it now.

I guess it is ok to say you like a teacher as long as you don't say that you love the teacher. When I was in college I had a crush on my music prof. but now as I look back on that time I believe it was mostly admiration. You probably admire some quality in the teacher and maybe your feeling lonely too.

Admiration for someone is a big step... nevertheless this person is STILL your teacher. By you admitting this to him or her, you can possibly ruins this persons whole life for a crush on an adult. On the other hand, if you like your teacher because he or she is nice, or because he or she is the best teacher you ever had, then that's ok, and it doesn't mean you "love" this person. Be corny.... bring her an apple on the first day of school.

the worst thing you can do is try to date her while you are in school as it will get her fired; see if you still love her in the quick years ahead that you will graduate ( i knew a guy that did and married the teacher, they have a son.
