I agree with you. Labels allow people to prejudge you, whether its "conservative", "liberal", "right-wing", "left-wing", etc. Labels are a tool for weak minded people who cannot be bothered to understand subtlety.

I can see from your words that you are a young angry person. Grow up, get a proper education, be a useful member of society. You do not want to be a liberal...unless you want to be on the wrong side of practically every important issue that will affect your future. Don't hate politics. If you refuse to participate, you will have no say in what your government does, therefore you cannot complain if you you wind up with "the short end of the stick".

If they were to put you in only 1 of those groups---you would be liberal.
I would be conservative.

Yes we all feel like- but I don't accept all of the beliefs of a Liberal (or Conservative). I agree 100 percent with you-no labels would be nice.

Still in your were in 1 of those groups that is where you would be placed. I don't know if I like it either. But that is where most people would put you.

But you can say you won't accept that label. You have free will!

This country is really obessed with labels.

People are people, why do we have to be with one group or another to receive affirmation? Its just silly.

I used to consider myself a conservative for I believe in family values. But I also believe in helping the plight of illegals and believe in their human rights.

I have concluded that I am neither liberal or conservative. I am just me, I have my own opinions and I don't need to follow any group to know what is right or wrong.....thats my two cents!

Pancha, I am Hispanic and when I read some of your question or your opinions. I often wonder where do you get your information. If you are going to try and act as if you are into politics please educate yourself better and open your eyes and look at what is going around you. You claim not to be politics you are right because you seem clueless at times.

If you are a liberal, you can start to hate Anne Coulter; If you like what she has to say, you are a conservative. If you don't know who she is, then you don't care! Outside of the political arena and in the real world, it's wonderful to be able to think for yourself.

You either don't vote or can't. I do not think any party would want a person that shares your views on immigration. Which in by itself would make you a card carrying Liberal.

Are you open minded and tolerant of others?
Are you generous and non judgmental?
Are you interested in helping your fellow humans to live a better life?
Are you interested in progress and education of our children and future?
If so, then you are liberal.
You don't have to be affiliated with politics at all to be liberal, you just have to be progressive, forward thinking, non judgmental, and open minded.
Be proud, be liberal, and be American.

I can't really tell unless I know what issues you stand for as a whole. Just because you are pro-immigrant does not necessarily mean you are liberal.
