the subway was closed for construction at that time...yeah the municipality should've taken proper derivatives and make a proper crossway for chickdestrians....but on the other hand speed bumps should be fixed for the vehicles. I'm just wondering whether the chicken was colour blind, did it see the red 'don't walk' as green?
