Yes, they brought out the body, did the dna test and other tests to prove it. Everyone associated with him believes he is dead. Not a shred of evidence to the contrary.
The better question is whether or not he is burning in the deep chasms of hell or is getting perpetual virgins in paradise. He killed enough children and innocents ... hate to think how that would all go down in paradise to have that guy around.
