Cold Rolled Coiled Steel is either flat or corrugated steel that has been processed in the manner of cold rolling which is rolling metal at a temperature below the softening point of the metal to create strain hardening (work-hardening). Same as cold reduction, except that the working method is limited to rolling. Cold rolling changes the mechanical properties of strip and produces certain useful combinations of hardness, strength, stiffness, ductility and other characteristics known as tempers. Basically, cold rolled steel is not heated and hammer forged, but rather attains its flat appearance by being subjected to a series of high pressure rollers while it is at a temperature that is less than that which is considered softening to the metal. The finished product is a long strip of steel that is coiled for transport. Hence, Cold rolled coiled steel.

Cold Rolled Coils
Colled rolling makes it harder, coils is just a way it is shipped (as opposed to sheets or bars)
